Invisalign

Invisalign®

Invisalign® takes a modern approach to straightening teeth, using a custom-made series of aligners created for you and only you. These aligner trays are made of smooth, comfortable and virtually invisible plastic that you wear over your teeth. Wearing the aligners will gradually and gently shift your teeth into place, based on the exact movements your dentist or orthodontist plans out for you. There are no metal brackets to attach and no wires to tighten. You just pop in a new set of aligners approximately every two weeks, until your treatment is complete. You’ll achieve a great smile with little interference in your daily life. The best part about the whole process is that most people won’t even know you’re straightening your teeth.

dental implant showing the titanium post designed to replace the tooth root and support a natural-looking restoration

Dental Implants

By far, the most advances in the dental field today involve implants. With success rates in certain situations of almost 100% and with over 25 years of service in most patients, it may be a procedure that needs to be performed only once in a patient’s life. In many situations, a tooth or teeth can be replaced permanently, esthetically and functionally superior to the natural tooth.

Also called same-day implants or Teeth in a Day, immediate load dental implants allow placement of a temporary tooth during the same appointment as your dental implant placement.

Dr. Vibert is a member of the Academy of Oral Implantology, and have successfully placed and restored implants for over 15 years.

Implants have a titanium root that is placed into the jaw where it fuses with the bone. Replacement of a missing tooth does not require removal of healthy tooth material from other teeth, nor the placement of removable pieces. Dental implants are do-overs, allowing patients to regain that lost tooth permanently and perhaps forever.

custom porcelain veneers featuring natural translucency, lifelike color, and precise contouring

Porcelain Veneers

When teeth are significantly misaligned, protruding, or have existing bonding, the tooth will need to be reshaped prior to placement of a porcelain facing. Novacaine is traditionally used and the tooth is reshaped, a temporary veneer is made, and the dental laboratory fabricates a beautiful porcelain shell that is bonded to the tooth. These shells can be made of any shade and will be comfortable and esthetic for many years.

mini dental implant, a small titanium post used to stabilize dentures or replace missing teeth with minimally invasive surgery.

Mini Dental Implants

One of the most rewarding and exciting new procedures in the dental field today is the system for making loose dentures tight again. Mini dental implants are providing the hopeless denture patient as well as the non-hopeless denture patient with stability and the ability to enjoy food and life without the annoying slipping dentures. In as little as 1 hour, 4 dental implants can be placed and your current dentures can be fitted over the implants. The patient leaves the office with a stable denture which can be used IMMEDIATELY. Unlike conventional implants, they can be used immediately. And just as important, the fee for mini-implants is a fraction of the cost of conventional implants. In addition, placement of these implants results in little to no post-operative discomfort. Many patients who were not candidates for conventional implants because they didn’t have enough bone or because of finances are mini-implant candidates.

safe sedation to reduce anxiety and create a calm treatment experience.

Sedation Dentistry

One of the primary concerns is to make your experience at Four Ever Smile Dental Spa a positive one. Analgesics, such as Novocain or xylocaine allow most patients to experience painless dentistry. “Sedation Dentistry,” conscious or oral sedation starts by simply swallowing a pill. Although you are conscious, you may remember little to none of the procedure itself. You’ll recover in a little while, but you should have a driver to bring you home after your appointment. We are also fully trained and certified in IV Sedation. An intravenous line is inserted into your arm to provide the maximum safe level of sedative necessary to make you totally unaware of your procedure. We have a group of anesthesiologists who will preform more extensive sedation for complex cases. At Four Ever Smile Dental Spa, rest assured that our first concern is for your safety and comfort during the use of analgesics and sedatives. With a mix of both recent and time-tested techniques, we assure you that your trip to our office will be both pain and anxiety free.

High-resolution digital dental X-ray providing clear visualization of tooth structure, roots, and surrounding bone

3D Imaging

Digital x-rays are computer-generated images that we use to see your teeth & surrounding structures. By way of a small electronic sensor, an image is taken of the desired area and then instantaneously transmitted into the patient’s digital chart. Unlike traditional x-rays that must be developed in solution and emit a higher percentage of radiation, digital x-rays are quick, convenient, and safe on the body. Panoramic x-rays are digital x-rays that give us at Four Ever Smile Dental Spa a panoramic view of both your upper and lower jaw without having to place anything in your mouth.

reduced gum inflammation, improved color, and healthier tissue following periodontal therapy

Laser Perio Treatment

Periodontal or gum disease is an infection of the tissues that surround and support your teeth. It is a leading cause of tooth loss in American adults. It has also been linked to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and other health problems.

At Four Ever Smile Dental Spa, we have developed a NON SURGICAL program that virtually eliminates the causes of periodontal disease without conventional surgical techniques. We have the most advanced laser in the market, specifically designed to remove harmful periodontal bacteria. Treatment is rapid, painless, and can be done without anesthesia. Special medications can be placed under the gums which contain antibiotic preparations that continue to eliminate the bacteria. The success rate of our specifically designed non-surgical periodontal program is guaranteed when patient compliance is strictly followed.

With the diagnostic capabilities of our digital radiographic equipment, which can determine bone density and early bone loss, we can help you eliminate the leading cause of tooth loss. Even advanced stages of periodontal disease have responded favorably to the detailed non-surgical program used at Pure Dental.

leaner teeth and healthier gums following a routine professional dental cleaning.

Hygiene/Continuing Care

Your dental health is an indicator of your overall general health. Healthy dental hygiene habits, like proper brushing and flossing and regular dentist visits, are the best ways to prevent major dental problems with your teeth and periodontal gum disease. Recent studies have linked oral health issues to systemic diseases such as coronary artery disease, premature birth, low birth weight, and complications with diabetes.

Each of our dental hygienists are highly trained and licensed to perform comprehensive, individualized oral exams. At every visit, a member of our dental hygienist team will:

  • Review and update your medical history
  • Perform a thorough gum pocket check – 6 points per tooth
  • Take all necessary digital X-rays
  • Perform comprehensive scaling and root planing both above and below your gumline
  • Polish your teeth with air and prophy paste. Special care will be given to cosmetic restorations
  • Perform a tooth-by-tooth check
  • Clean your teeth
  • Irrigate your gums with medicine if needed
  • Apply fluoride if needed
  • Review and update oral hygiene instructions
  • Check for TMJ and bite problems

You will also have a thorough examination of your teeth, the bone structure around the teeth, oral cancer screening, and a TMJ evaluation.

dental bonding showing how cosmetic resin reshapes chipped, uneven, or discolored teeth for a more polished smile.

Dental Bonding

Dental Bonding uses a tooth-colored resin material that is applied and cured with a special dental light, which creates a long-lasting bond between the material and the tooth to restore or improve a person’s smile. Dental bonding is used in cosmetic dentistry to repair cracked or chipped teeth, improve the appearance of discolored teeth, close spaces between teeth, change the shape of current teeth, or as a cosmetic alternative to traditional fillings. full mouth reconstruction showing a dramatic transformation using crowns, implants, and restorative dentistry to rebuild a healthy, functional smile.

Full Mouth Reconstruction

Full mouth reconstruction combines multiple restorative, neuromuscular, and cosmetic procedures. The goal is to restore not only the look of your teeth but also the structure and function. Why? Each of these things affects the other. For example, a broken tooth can cause a problem with your bite. This can lead to difficulty chewing, which creates wear on your teeth. This wear can then lead to jaw and neck soreness, headaches, and even migraines.

Full mouth reconstruction will not only help you feel better about how you look, it’ll also improve your dental health. That’s because full mouth reconstruction doesn’t just replace missing or broken teeth. It also restores the function of your jaw and gums, the supporting structure of your mouth. The end result is a mouth that looks and works the way you need it to!

upper and lower denture set designed to restore full chewing function, facial support, and a natural-looking smile.

Dentures

Partial dentures are used to replace several teeth that are missing in a specific area. Complete dentures are used when all teeth are missing in a given arch. A custom denture can be attached to individual dental implants or a row of implants securing the denture in place. Dentures can be either fixed or removable. They are long-lasting, durable, and natural looking. They help to increase both speaking and chewing ability.

Endodontics

Six Month Smiles® short-term orthodontic treatment is a modern twist on tried-and-true orthodontics. It has taken the best aspects of braces and modified the treatment and the materials to give adults a common-sense, cosmetic solution that fits their lifestyle. Here is what makes Six Month Smiles so innovative …

  • Average treatment times of only six months
  • Six Month Smiles Lucid-Lok® clear brackets and tooth-colored wires are barely visible
  • The use of braces has shown to provide the most conservative and predictable final result
  • Six Month Smiles Patient Tray Kits™ ensure that your appointments are fast and comfortable
  • Low forces and short overall orthodontic treatment times increase comfort, safety, and hygiene
  • Six Month Smiles is typically less expensive than traditional braces, aligner therapy, or veneers
natural-looking dental crown designed to restore tooth strength, shape, and function while blending seamlessly with surrounding teeth.

Crowns

When a dental filling is too large, bacteria and decay can leak under the filling and cause damage to the nerve and the tooth. A digital scan is made of the damaged tooth and a custom covering (crown) is fabricated and bonded over the remaining healthy tooth structure, restoring the tooth to function and cosmetics.

All Porcelain Crowns do not require metal for strength.  The result is a much more esthetic crown, virtually indistinguishable from a  natural tooth.  The translucent properties of all porcelain mimic those of natural teeth and are re-bonded to the existing tooth structure for an extremely durable and long-lasting result.

tooth-colored composite filling designed to restore damaged enamel with a natural, seamless appearance.

Fillings

Fillings are used at Four Ever Smile Dental Spa to repair teeth that have been damaged by decay or to replace a failing restoration.

Amalgam Silver fillings are often used for back molars or teeth that aren’t visible in a smile. Dental amalgam has a 150-year proven track record as one of the safest, most durable, and least expensive materials used to fill a cavity. Ongoing scientific studies conducted over the past 100 years continue to show that amalgam is not harmful.

Porcelain fillings are more cosmetic but do not last as long as silver. They are also one of the most cosmetically appealing filling options available. The material used to make porcelain fillings matches the color and translucency of natural tooth enamel, making the filling visually indistinguishable from your tooth.

traditional dental bridge designed to replace missing teeth with natural-looking, securely bonded restorations.

Bridges

Dental bridges are restorative devices used to replace one or more missing teeth. When a tooth is missing, a dental bridge may be used to “bridge” the gap between the remaining teeth. When a tooth is lost, the adjacent and opposing teeth may drift, causing a change in your bite that may lead to greater dental problems.

There are many benefits to replacing a missing tooth with dental bridges:

  • Restore the appearance and functionality of your smile
  • Enable you to chew and speak properly
  • Maintain the shape of your face by improving the appearance of sunken cheeks
  • Maintain proper occlusion by keeping surrounding teeth from shifting out of place
6-Month Smiles clear braces straighten crooked or crowded teeth for a more confident smile.

Six Month Smiles®

Using the most modern procedure available, root canal therapy at Four Smile Dental Spa is a painless, one-visit treatment with a high predictability factor. Endodontic surgery can be used to locate small fractures or hidden canals, remove calcium deposits in root canals, or treat damaged root surfaces or the surrounding bone of the tooth. The most common procedure is called an apicoectomy, or root-end resection, which is occasionally needed when inflammation or infection persists in the bony area around the end of your tooth. Local anesthetics make the procedure comfortable, and most patients return to their normal activities the next day.

improved oral health and comfort following professional oral surgery treatment.

Teeth Whitening

At Four Ever Smile Dental Spa we practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from wisdom or impacted teeth extractions, bone grafts, and oral disease. Our staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state-of-the-art office setting.
