After being sedated by our highly trained professional staff, you’ll experience the awakening of a lifetime with the smile of your dreams. It’s no wonder our client success rate is second to none.
Four Ever Smile™ = Highest Quality + Affordability
The Most Significant Breakthrough
Our on-site dental labs allows us to place a 3D printed temporary bridge on the same day that remaining teeth are removed and dental implants are placed!
Cutting-edge 3D Cone Beam technology allows us to precisely place your implant, allowing your tissues to heal better and sooner.
Because implants act as an “anchor” and are capable of mimicking the force of a tooth’s root, you do not have to worry about losing any more bone in your jaw (as compared to removable partial dentures, implant over-dentures, full dentures and bridges).
The Four Ever Smile™ system streamlines the process of implant planning, placement, and restoration, cutting out 50% of the steps! This means you will spend less money, less time in the dental chair and more time enjoying your smile.
In-house Dental Lab
Out With the Old and In With the New
We believe a better smile and happier life shouldn’t come with an unrealistic price tag
Same day solution
Thanks to our industry-exclusive on-site dental labs, you’ll walk out with a 3D printed temporary bridge the same day your teeth are removed.
Cutting-edge 3D Cone Beam technology allows us to precisely place your implant, so your mouth will feel better than ever, even faster.
Unlike partial or full dentures, our implants act as anchors simulating the force your teeth’s natural roots.
Advanced planning, placement, and restoration
The Four Ever Smile™ system streamlines the process saving you time, money, and dental chair anxiety (because no one loves going to the dentist)!
An investment you can smile about
One fixed price covers the entire procedure (no hidden costs). The Four Ever Smile™ system has funding and relationships with banks and lending institutions, allowing patients to set up easy financing plans at a cost they can afford.

PHASE 1: Day of Surgery
Post Surgery Instructions
Following your surgery, it is normal to have some bleeding and swelling. You can help reduce the swelling with cold compresses. You should avoid smoking, this inhibits healing. It is recommended to put a towel over your pillow and sleep with your head slightly elevated for the first night. You can begin gently rinsing with warm salt water the day after your surgery. Do not use a toothbrush on your temporary teeth for one week. You may brush any of your remaining natural teeth, but be sure to rinse out gently and avoid any aggressive swishing of water. If you should experience heavy bleeding 24 hours after surgery, call the office immediately. Failure to follow these instructions can result in the loss of implant(s) and bone, making replacement of the implant(s) difficult or impossible.
Your New Temporary Teeth
You have been fitted with a temporary set of teeth so that you do not have to wear dentures during the healing and implant integration process. Although these teeth may be comfortable and feel stable, the implants are not mature and _any added stress on them can have a negative impact on the success of this process. Therefore it is imperative that you stick to a soft food diet for the next 3-4 months. You should avoid ALL hard foods. DO NOT EAT anything that requires ripping and tearing of foods such as meats, breads, bagels, pizza, or hard snacks like pretzels and nuts. Your food should be soft enough that you can mash it with the back of a plastic spoon. Stick with soft cooked foods, ground beef, _vegetables, soft fruits, cooked pasta, fish, yogurt, shakes or pureed foods. Failure to follow these_ instructions can result in loss of the implant(s) and bone, making replacement of the implant(s) difficult or impossible.
You will be prescribed medication. Start taking it _as directed on the bottle. If you have been _prescribed a medrol dose pack (not everyone is prescribed this medication) you should start taking that the NEXT MORNING after surgery. Start taking the antibiotic that evening and pain medication as needed. Do not take pain medication on an emplty stomach as it may cause nausea.
1-2 Weeks Postoperative
1-2 weeks after your surgery, you will come in for an appointment. The Doctor will do an exam to see how everything is healing. You can begin to gently brush your temporary teeth at this point and should continue with warm salt rinses for one more week.
4-6 Weeks Postoperative
You will come back 3-4 weeks after your follow up visit. At this time, x-rays will be taken to see how the implants are doing and check your healing. You will be given a water flosser to be used as part of your daily dental home care routine. You may begin using the water flosser that evening, be sure to use the water flosser on the lowest setting. At this time you will notice that there is a space developing between your gum tissue and your temporary teeth. As your tissue heals it shrinks, this is normal and part of the healing process. Your final set of teeth will not have this space, so this is something you do not have to be concerned about. You will then move forward to the next phase of your treatment and schedule your next visit in 3 months.
Around the four-month postoperative mark you _will come back to the office for your next phase of treatment. This will be a 90-minute appointment where we will be doing a series of scans. There is no discomfort whatsoever. Your temporary teeth will be scanned, they will be removed and your tissue will be scanned. Markers will be placed in the implants and scanned and a facial scan will be done as well. You will leave this appointment with the same temporary teeth you have been wearing from the beginning. Any aesthetic issues tooth size, shape, and color will be addressed at this visit and relayed to the lab before fabrication of the new temporaries. You will return in 3 weeks where you will receive a brand new set of temporaries. These will be fitted nice and tight against your gum tissue and that space between your tissue and the temporaries will be gone. Additionally, the new temporaries will have molars added and will also be thinned out and less bulky than the first set of temporaries. You will wear these new temporaries for 1-2 weeks.
1-2 weeks after inserting your new temporaries you will return to the office for an evaluation. At that time the Doctor will make sure that this new set of temporary teeth are functioning properly _and that you are happy with the aesthetics. Once both you and the Doctor agree that the teeth are satisfactory the lab will then move forward to fabricate the final zirconia teeth.
3 weeks after the evaluation appointment you will return back to the office for your insertion of the final zirconia Four Ever Smile™ appliance and completion photos. At this visit, your temporaries will be removed and the zirconia bridge inserted. The access holes will be covered and you will be given a night guard to wear at bedtime. You will also be given your old temporaries and master models to take home and put away in a safe location. These would be your “spares”. If you need to return to the office for any matter be sure to bring these models and temporaries with you. Our lab would need them if we ever needed to make any repairs.
To keep your beautiful new Four Ever Smile™ looking it’s best you should brush your new _zirconia teeth like you would your natural teeth. Additionally, you should continue to use the water flosser and you can use it on the medium setting. It is recommended that you return to the office every six months for x-rays and to have the hygienist clean and remove any staining or tartar that may have built up. We want you to keep that gorgeous smile four ever!
