Dr. Vibert is the founder and head surgeon of Four Ever Smile. He trained personally with Dr. Paulo Malo — the inventor of the All-on-4 technique — and holds IV and Oral Sedation certification in New York State.
Dr. Keith Vibert graduated from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed electives in cosmetic dentistry and endodontics. He then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, receiving extensive training in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and fixed prosthodontics. Prior to dental school, he attended Stony Brook University, earning a bachelor's degree in biology.
Dr. Vibert regularly attends continuing education courses to ensure his patients receive the most sophisticated and advanced dental care possible. He is certified in Invisalign and permitted to perform both IV and Oral Sedation in New York State.
Dr. Vibert has personally trained with leading implantologist Dr. Paulo Malo — the innovator of the All-on-4 implant technique — gaining hands-on experience in one of the major breakthroughs in modern implant dentistry.
In his free time, Dr. Vibert enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, watching sports, and traveling.

Dr. Herin brings over 13 years in the dental community. She is an international lecturer in implantology and live surgical training instructor, with experience spanning clinical practice, research, and humanitarian dental work.
Dr. Marta Herin is a graduate of Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and has been part of the dental community for over 13 years — as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, and general dentist.
In addition to practicing dentistry, Dr. Herin has taken a particular interest in dental implantology, conducting a number of research studies. Her growing expertise includes being a continuing education provider and live surgical training instructor for AIE (Advanced Implant Educators) and the WIIC (Werhle Implant Immersion Course), which serves underprivileged communities in Puebla, Mexico.
Dr. Herin is an international lecturer in implantology, and her expertise affords her first-hand knowledge of the complexity of full mouth restoration — applying implantology coupled with patient care and concern.
Dr. Tan is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and Dental Anesthesiologist who trained at McGill University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Jason Tan hails from Montreal, Canada, and completed his undergraduate, graduate, and dental training at McGill University. Following dental school, he moved to New York and completed residencies in general dentistry and dental anesthesiology before enrolling in specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
He then attended medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, graduating as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and serving as Chief Resident in his final year. He maintains clinical interests in anesthesiology, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, and implantology.
In his free time, Dr. Tan enjoys spending time with friends and family, snowboarding, and playing golf and racquet sports.

Dr. Khan earned his DMD in 2020 and completed an implantology residency at the Ozark VA Medical Center. He has logged 800+ continuing education hours in implant dentistry and built a fully digital in-house lab practice.
Dr. Shan Khan is a United States graduate dentist who focuses in dental implantology and full mouth reconstruction. He completed his DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2020, then completed a one-year residency at the Ozark VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
He currently works as a clinical director in a private practice in Brooklyn, New York. With a strong passion for dentistry, he focuses his work on full mouth rehabilitation for patients in dire need. Over the past three and a half years he has dedicated himself to completing 800+ continuing education hours in implant dentistry. He is currently in the process of completing his credentials as a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Board of Oral Implantology (FAAID and ABOI/ID).
In the last three years he has transformed his dental practice into a fully digital practice with an in-house lab — allowing him to provide same-day, affordable dentistry. Dr. Khan treats his patients with respect and the care they deserve, and is known for his warmth and his view of patients as family.
Dr. Stewart committed his entire career to implant dentistry, accumulating 900+ hours of advanced education and extensive experience with zygomatic and pterygoid implants. Fellow of AAID and ICOI.
Dr. Alex Stewart grew up in Louisville, KY, where he earned both his bachelor's degree in Biology and his DMD from the University of Louisville. He completed a one-year AEGD residency through NYU Langone at the New Horizon Institute and Implant Pathway in Tempe, AZ, gaining hands-on experience in full arch rehabilitation, bone grafting, and advanced implant placement.
He has continued to grow his skills with more than 900 hours of advanced education in All-On-X, digital workflows, sedation, and full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Stewart has completed a fellowship with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Oral Implantology. He is working toward Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology, a goal he expects to achieve by 2027.
Before relocating to New York, Dr. Stewart practiced in Austin, Texas, gaining extensive experience with zygomatic and pterygoid implants for patients with severe bone loss.
Outside the office, Dr. Stewart enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, singing in a local chorus, and getting outdoors whenever he can.
Dr. Zelig is a Board Certified OMS and former associate professor at the University of Tennessee. He brings extensive experience in orthognathic surgery, TMJ reconstruction, and implant surgery with IV sedation.
Dr. David Zelig is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Implant Surgeon. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and completed his residency at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He also served as an associate professor at the University of Tennessee, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
In Memphis, Dr. Zelig was an active member of the Craniofacial Team and was active in orthognathic surgery, TMJ reconstruction, and joint replacement surgery. Before returning to New York, he ran a successful private practice in Memphis, TN, with emphasis on implant surgery, IV anesthesia, orthognathic surgery, and TMJ surgery.
For his patients' comfort, Dr. Zelig is certified to provide both IV sedation and oral sedation upon request.
In his free time, he enjoys time with family, weightlifting, cycling, and guitar.

Dr. Jason L. Joseph is a residency-trained, board-certified dental anesthesiologist. He attended Boston University's Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors and receiving an award for "Excellence in Patient Management."
After graduating from Boston University, Dr. Joseph was accepted into a General Practice Residency Medical Track and Dental Anesthesiology Residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center — the only residency of its kind in the nation, based at the only Level 1 trauma center in Suffolk County.
During his anesthesia training, he took trauma call, provided anesthesia for transplants, urological, oral surgery, dental, ear-nose-throat, vascular, plastic surgery, orthopedic, neurosurgery, pediatric, and adult general surgery. Dr. Joseph's passion was to provide anesthesia care for dental patients, because everyone is entitled to good oral health regardless of their health history.
Dr. Joseph understands this process can be overwhelming, but with a personal discussion he can figure out a plan that works for every patient.

Dr. Jose Rivero is a Board Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist, born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery and practiced for several years before applying to postgraduate training programs in the US.
In 2012, Dr. Rivero was accepted into the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Connecticut, completing two years of postdoctoral training. He then accepted a position in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, where he spent a full year training in the specialty and developed a strong interest in anesthesiology and the management of patients who had difficulty tolerating dental treatment while awake.
He was accepted into the 3-year Dental Anesthesiology residency program at Jacobi Medical Center in collaboration with Albert Einstein College of Medicine — the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the area. During his three years of training exclusively dedicated to anesthesiology, he became proficient in providing all levels of sedation and anesthesia to adult and pediatric patients in settings ranging from operating rooms to dental clinics. His training included rotations in cardiology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, pulmonology, intensive care for adult and pediatric patients, and orofacial pain. Dr. Rivero served as Chief Resident during his second and part of his third year of residency.
Upon completion, Dr. Rivero became Board Certified by the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He keeps an active private practice providing ambulatory anesthesia and holds teaching positions at Columbia University Medical Center and Saint Barnabas Hospital.
