i am a tough one, but I can say that Dr. Keith gave me my smile and life back. I am a huge smiler, and I smile a lot. You can tell a lot about a person from their smile. When my teeth started breaking, I was devastated, going every other week to get the front teeth fixed. I just could not do it and became depressed. I saw what Dr Keith did for my husband, and i decided, why not try. When I saw Dr Keith, he told me they have to come out, but I can give you a smile back. I thought he was nuts, and then my tooth broke again, and i went for it. From the moment I stepped in the office, everyone there worked with me. They did not rush me; they explained everything to me in nauseum. I am a question asker lol. NO one in the office ever got frustrated (if they did, they never showed it). if something is not right or you have a question, ask. They are about perfection and giving you the perfect smile. They were not about the money or the easy way!!! They care about you and your smile. They want to make you smile again. They gave me and my husband out smile and life back. From my initial consultation to the fitting of my final permanent teeth, the entire staff at Four Ever Smile Dental Implant Center were incredible. They provided a wealth of information, answered every question I had along the way, and eased my worried mind. Dr. Marta Herin was absolutely amazing. She's given me a perfect smile for the first time in my adult life! Now, the transition from the implant surgery to the finished teeth 6 months later is a lengthy process, but you do leave the day of your surgery with a full set of teeth. In the beginning there was some definite pain and discomfort, but that went away relatively quickly. The end results? Mind blowing. I've received so many compliments about my smile, I can't evin begin to count. Thank you, Four Ever Smile!

I should start by saying that my teeth are fundamentally not that bad. But the way they look has plagued me with insecurity for so long. Not to mention the fact that my two front teeth are chipped and the resin bodning I have frequently falls off. I've been told by my general dentist that braces would be the best option because I'm only 30. He didn't feel comfortable replacing my problem teeth with veneers. The idea of having to wear braces just made me feel defeated. I've hated my smile for so long. It has taken such a toll on my self esteem, that wearing braces would take away the little confidence I have left. So when I found fourever smile and read up on them I was really excited that maybe there'd be an option to fix my teeth without furthering my insecurities. I went. I got the x rays done. Everyone was very nice. I sat down with the dentist and then he says it. "Your teeth are healthy. I think your best option is braces." While I understand. It was still deeply disappointing. On the website it says "if you just want to feel more confident in your smile, you're a candidate." I want to not fear that my two front teeth are just going to crack at anytime. I want to smile in a picture with my teeth showing and not feel so ugly. I want to fix my teeth with out having to go through a process where I'll actually feel and look even worse than I already do. I want to feel confident in my smile. It's discouraging that despite advertising that 98% of people who come in are candidates that I somehow landed in that 2%. It might be helpful to be more clear on the credentials people have to meet in order to get their teeth done..

This place changed my life. Feels like my real teeth with no pain! Highly recommend doing this surgery 4 hours they put you put pull out your remaining teeth and implant a full set of teeth u wake up with implanted teeth (temporarys) then 4 months later they unscrew them and screw in your porcelain permanent. Thus has changed my whole life I feel confident again. Thanks Four ever smile!

This was the best experience ever, I don’t write reviews but if you are looking for oral surgeon go there. I was putting off the extraction for a year and I went after a friend recommended the office. Let me tell you I tried other offices and they wanted a 200$ consultation fee before they could even tell me what will my insurance cover. Not here! I went and it all happened in one appointment X-rays, consultation and two wisdom teeth extractions with IV sedation. Wonderful experience and the co pay was very reasonable. Best experience ever!

This was a life changing experience for me after so many years of problematic dental issues. I had a complete upper and lower and cannot be more pleased with the results. A friend recommeded Forever Smile and after the first visit I knew this was the place to go for implants. There office is very professional and they have the latest technology to do the job right. Impants are expensive as most know but they are life changing and totally worth it. Dr. Vibert and staff are great and they have a full in house dental lab. This is the place to go if you live on Long Island.

Since i had these done i lost 90 lb it was easy and set my path up for success in everyarea. Painless one day mo worries win win..

I had a great experience at the Hauppauge office! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest girls at the desk & the office was immaculate. I then had X-rays taken by Igor who was so kind. I had my consult with Dr Haren & as soon as we started talking I new I had made the right decision to come to Fourever Smile, she explained everything & as I left my mind was made up, I was going to have the procedure done with Dr Haren. As soon as I got home I called & scheduled my procedure. I’m thrilled with the results & am so glad I made this investment in myself. At first I was hesitant about paying the full cost of implants up front. I was promised so many things would get done if I ever had a problem. Well I will say everything they promised was done and more. Dr. Herin is an angel. She even gave my husband her personal cell number and she answered the phone every time. The entire staff is amazing in the Hauppauge office. I feel like a person and not just a number when I go there. I never even had pain which to me was amazing. I highly recommend this office and procedure.

After struggling with my teeth for many years, I made the decision to get a consult with Dr. Vibret who was very calming, non-judgmental and wanted to help me. In July of 2025, I had the full upper and lower implant surgery. Everything went smoothly, both Dr. Vibret and his staff are very reassuring and help ease the nerves. Unlike other centers, you go home with temporaries which was very important to me so that the healing and recovery process could begin immediately. I can finally smile without thinking about it, eat normally again and, unlike in the past, have no pain in my mouth at all.

My experience at Four Ever Smile was amazing. From when you walk in for the first time which continues every time you go for an appointment, the staff and Doctor are nothing but top notch. Dr Vilbert is surely a perfectionist and will always make sure you leave his office with a million dollar smile. The staff is also fabulous and will try to accommodate your problems and concerns. Four Ever Smile quite literally saved my smile and ability to enjoy food again. They restored my confidence as well as my appearance. Top notch work, courteous staff, always a great experience for every visit. UPDATE 6/22/26 - I drove to my appointment today only to learn that I was being charged $400 for a cleaning. In other words, a $40,000 procedure only earned me 1 maintenance visit and now I have to pay again. Seriously? I understand that business's need to make money but there has to be a fine line between making money and milking your customers dry. I'm very disappointed. Opinion soured. If you're charging top dollar in your industry you need to throw your customers some consideration. Is a free annual cleaning really too much to ask for after such an investment? I stand by my previous score as they do great work here...but man, it sure doesn't feel the same anymore.

This place is amazing. I had gone two years ago initially to get a consultation and they answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease. I thought about all the options they gave me and everything they had said but didn't do anything at that time. I went last year to get another consultation as I was really considering it again and they were just as kind, understanding and helpful. I made the plunge and had my surgery done this past February. I couldn't be happier to be able to eat and smile again with so much confidence. They brought me happiness I could show again and haven't been able to in many many years. Four Ever Smile is not just a dentist it’s a family and my family at that. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by the front desk. I waited no longer than 5 minutes and then met with a technician who was also extremely helpful and professional. Once my scans were completed I met with the Dentist who explained in detail who the process would go. Another tech then showed me an example of what the teeth would look like temps verses permanent. I was then led to the representative who explained the financial aspects. I was very satisfied with the experience.

I suddenly found myself with a serious dental problem after many years of neglecting my teeth. I went to one well known dental chain and was in shock by the haphazard plan they had for "patching up" the mess and the cost was more than my first home. Then I found Four Ever Smile, met with Dr. Vibert and was very impressed. I had a full mouth replacement, upper and lower on October 2, 2025. I could not be happier, the pain was minimal considering the size of the project. The care was magnificent and Dr. Vibert was honest with me and correct on everything he advised me would happen. I am very happy with my implants and I have referred many -my stepfather has already undergone the procedure on his upper dentition. My only complaint is regarding follow-up care. In the event you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment the wait can be upwards of 6+months

I found out about Four Ever Smile online while searching for option to fix my dental situation that was extremely bad and in need of some serious help. I applied and was called to show up for a consultation but I did not follow through. Eventually, after a year of still having the same dental issues which had gotten worse, I continued looking online and came across Four Ever Smile again. They told me that they still had me in their system and all I needed to do was show up for the consultation. This may sound cliche but, I am so glad I followed up and did the consultation. They must've just went in for x-rays and cleanings, which I never had a problem until I extensive work that was botched terrible place unprofessional lied to me and caused me pain so I don't know what all these people are talking about
